Urban Silo Market Thanksgiving

Every year I work hard to take a moment and find some quiet in order to reflect on the last year that has past. I recount the blessings, the people in my life, the lessons I have learned and the little things as well that all make up my list of what I am most thankful for.

At times, owning and running two retail stores, it is difficult to find that time between Thanksgiving, staffing, black Friday and the Christmas Holiday. That being said, finding this quiet time is very important. It shines a light on the fact that during the hustle, bustle and sometimes just craziness there are more higher reaching more important things that need to always be present in your heart, family.

Family often means something different so each individual. To us our family gets bigger and bigger each and every day. We consider each person who comes into our store and experiences our excitement and love to being around each other with such special items, family. We consider our amazing staff that are committed and shine the love that we have to each of you through our store doors, family. We consider everyone who has had a hand in supporting us along this journey, family. Yes, the list is long but never any less special.

So this holiday season we wish you the same love and light that we have in our hearts and homes to you and yours. May the season treat you well and your lives be filled with the blessings that keep smiles on your face. Above all, don't forget to take the time to reflect on these blessings, wether they are big or small, they are yours.
