Urban Silo Market Return/Exchange Policy

 

Here at Urban Silo Market we want to ensure you absolutely love your purchase. We also want to support you in exchanging that perfect items if the color or size is not as perfect as the item itself. We have customized return/exchange policies based on the brands that we have and the nature of the order. If you have any questions please give us a call and we will be happy to help you through any situation with our items.

Please note, eligible returns will be processed in a form of a gift card from Urban Silo Market.

Urban Silo Market reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new/as-sold condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Tags must also be still on the item as it was sold.

The above are valid to all brands, style & items sold in the store.
 

Custom Wall Signs

Custom order returns due to customer preference or any other reason are not accepted as these items have been created special to you. Replacements on custom orders will be limited to manufacturer defects only.

 

Special Order Returns/Re-selections (Includes but not limited to Furniture & Rugs)

Floor model furniture are discounted when sold and are final sale.

 

Custom Order Furniture returns due to damage need to be reported & processed at the time of delivery/pickup. Pictures of the damage and the signed forms will be required for any damage return claim to be processed. Items accepted at time of delivery or picked up without a damage report filed are final sale and will not be accepted as a return or replacement.

Special order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable and a new delivery fee may be charge for the replacement item. Prices paid at the time of purchase are final.

Any changes/cancelations to a special order after 24 hours or the item is in transit to the store there will have a 25% restocking fee charged.

 

Home Accessories & Gifts

All accessories that are sold in house can be returned within seven (7 ) days of the item being purchased while meeting our exchange/return restrictions above.

Cariloha Products – Bedding, Bath & Mattresses

We offer a full money back return policy on any item purchased from us within 7 days of purchase with receipt or original form of payment. All items must be in the same condition as they were purchased, unused, tagged and in their original package. Pillows, Mattresses & used items will require an online portal return through Cariloha Corporate Returns/Exchanges.

Price Matching - Branded Items

Urban Silo Market will review any price match request for any licensed retailer carrying the brand and item in question. All price match requests ned to be submitted to usm.orders@gmail.com. Please ensure you include a link to the online advertisement for the lower price. All requests will be reviewed within 24 hours of submitting with required information.
